4 No Guarantees Disclaimer

No prediction on Correct-Score.VIP is a guaranteed outcome. Sport is, by its nature, unpredictable, and:

• Predictions reflect probability based on data — they are not certainties
• Past success does not predict future results
• You alone are responsible for any decisions you make using our content
• We are not liable for financial losses arising from any betting activity
• We don't guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5 VIP Membership

5.1 How Membership Works

VIP membership is accessed through your member account on the Service. Once you log in with an active membership, the VIP sections of the site are unlocked for you. Free pages remain open to everyone with no sign-up required.

5.2 Membership Tiers

VIP tiers (where applicable) provide access to specific prediction sets and features as described on our membership page. Tier features may evolve over time, and we'll communicate meaningful changes in advance.

5.3 Billing & Renewals

Where VIP membership is offered on a recurring basis, it renews automatically for the chosen billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.4 Refunds

Because VIP membership grants immediate access to time-sensitive predictions, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe your situation warrants a refund, contact us and we'll review it in good faith.

5.5 Access Activation

VIP access activates after your membership status is verified. This usually happens immediately, but in rare cases may take up to a few hours.

6 User Accounts

6.1 Account Security

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you suspect anyone has gained unauthorised access, contact us immediately so we can help secure your account.

6.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register only one VIP account. We may consolidate or terminate duplicate accounts associated with the same person.

6.3 No Account Sharing

VIP credentials are strictly personal. Sharing your login with non-members or distributing VIP content publicly is prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of your membership without refund.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• ❌ Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit VIP membership access
• ❌ Run automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers against the site without written permission

• ❌ Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• ❌ Harass, threaten, or abuse other members, our team, or our community
• ❌ Disrupt the Service's infrastructure or interfere with normal operation
• ❌ Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code

Violations can lead to immediate account termination and, where appropriate, legal action.

8 Intellectual Property

All material on Correct-Score.VIP — including predictions, written analysis, page design, code, logos, graphics, and brand identity — belongs to Correct-Score.VIP or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

• ✅ Share links to our public pages on social media or messaging apps

You may not:

• ❌ Reproduce, redistribute, or republish our content elsewhere without written permission
• ❌ Use any of our content for commercial purposes
• ❌ Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or trademark identifiers
• ❌ Use the Correct-Score.VIP name, logo, or branding without written consent

9 Third-Party Services

The Service relies on a small number of third-party platforms — including our security and content-delivery network, a support chat widget, an analytics provider, and licensed sports data providers. Your use of these is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those external services.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Correct-Score.VIP and its team will not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, or expected winnings
• Any financial loss linked to gambling, betting, or wagering activity
• Damages arising from inaccurate or unsuccessful predictions
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues
• Acts or omissions of any third-party service we integrate with

In any event, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount (if any) you paid for VIP membership in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gambling

We strongly support responsible gambling and ask every reader to follow these basic principles:

• Set hard limits — never bet more than you can comfortably afford to lose
• Never chase losses — accept that losing is part of the activity

On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions on intellectual property, liability, indemnity, and governing law survive any termination.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed under generally applicable principles of international commercial law, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service should first be raised with us directly so we can attempt to resolve it informally and in good faith. If a dispute can't be resolved informally, it may be referred to binding arbitration where legally permitted, or to the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction.

14 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For substantial changes, we'll provide reasonable notice on the Service or via email to registered VIP members. Continuing to use the Service after a change has been published means you accept the updated Terms.
